　　一、防火間距排查要點：與其它建筑物的防火間距是否符合要求?！督ㄖO(shè)計防火規(guī)范》GB 50016-2014（ 2018 年版）3．5．1 甲類倉庫之間及與其他建筑、明火或散發(fā)火花地點、鐵路、道路等的防火間距不應(yīng)小于表 3．5．1 的規(guī)定。《危險化學品中間倉庫安全管理指南》（二）建筑結(jié)構(gòu)與布局要求 1. 儲存火災危險性類別為甲、乙類危險化學品的中間倉庫應(yīng)靠廠房外墻布置。9. 危險化學品中間倉庫不得與人員居住場所設(shè)置在同一建筑物內(nèi)，與人員居住建筑防火間距應(yīng)符合《建筑設(shè)計防火規(guī)范》（GB 50016）的相關(guān)規(guī)定。

　　6、 Key points for troubleshooting grounding lightning protection devices: whether the lightning protection and anti-static devices between gas cylinders, as well as explosion-proof electrical facilities, comply with relevant standards. 　　《GB15603-1995 常用化學危險品貯存通則》 6.6 壓縮氣體和液化氣體必須與爆炸物品、氧化劑、易燃物品、自燃物品、腐蝕性物品隔離貯存。易燃氣體不得與助燃氣體、劇毒氣體同貯；庫房間距大于 5 米。

　　6.6 Compressed gases and liquefied gases must be stored separately from explosive materials, oxidants, flammable materials, self igniting materials, and corrosive materials in accordance with the General Rules for the Storage of Hazardous Chemicals in Common Use (GB15603-1995). 　　九、安全裝置排查要點：1.氣瓶是否無瓶帽。2.是否設(shè)置安裝防傾倒裝置?！禛B／T34525-2017 氣瓶搬運、裝卸、儲存和使用安全規(guī)定》8.2.4 氣瓶入庫后，應(yīng)將氣瓶加以固定，防止氣瓶傾倒施；7.2.4 裝卸氣瓶是應(yīng)配備好瓶帽，主要保護氣瓶閥門，防止撞壞。TSG 23-2021 《氣瓶安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》7.2.3 不能靠瓶底豎立的氣瓶，應(yīng)當裝配底座(采用固定支架或者集裝框架的氣瓶除外)，使氣瓶能夠穩(wěn)定豎立，并且有效防止氣瓶底部銹蝕。

　　9、 Key points for safety device inspection: 1. Check if the gas cylinder has no cap. 2. Whether to install anti tipping devices. 　　十、定期檢驗排查要點：氣瓶上的減壓閥，是否按照要求定期進行校驗?！禩SG23-2021 氣瓶安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》7.2.2.3.5 氣瓶上的安全閥，應(yīng)當按照要求定期進行校驗;《GB／T34525-2017 氣瓶搬運、裝卸、儲存和使用安全規(guī)定》9.1 氣瓶每三年應(yīng)檢驗一次，使用期不應(yīng)超過20年。氣瓶壓力表應(yīng)靈敏正常

　　十一、搬運排查要點：（1）裝卸、搬運方式不當，發(fā)生撞擊；（2）采用叉車搬運，裝卸或滾動搬運（1）《GB／T34525-2017 氣瓶搬運、裝卸、儲存和使用安全規(guī)定》7.1 近距離搬運氣瓶，凹形底氣瓶及帶圓型底座氣瓶可采用徒手傾斜滾動的方式搬運，方型底座氣瓶應(yīng)使用穩(wěn)妥、省力的專用小車搬運。距離較遠或路面不平時，應(yīng)使用特制機械、工具搬運，并用鐵鏈等善加以固定。（2）《GB／T34525-2017 氣瓶搬運、裝卸、儲存和使用安全規(guī)定》7.2 裝卸氣瓶應(yīng)輕裝輕卸，避免氣瓶相互碰撞或與其他堅硬的物體撞，不應(yīng)用拋、滾、滑、摔、磁等方式裝卸氣瓶
