　　1、危廢貯存間應滿足“四防”（防風、防雨、防曬、防滲漏）。

　　1. The hazardous waste storage room should meet the "four protections" (windproof, rainproof, sun proof, and leak proof).

　　2、危廢間應有完善的防滲措施和滲漏收集措施，應滿足《危險廢物貯存污染控制標準》（GB18597-2001）（2013年修訂）相關標準要求。

　　3、危險廢物貯存設施的設計原則

　　3.1地面與裙腳要用堅固、防滲的材料建造，建筑材料必須與危險廢物相容。

　　3.2必須有泄漏液體收集裝置、氣體導出口及氣體凈化裝置。

　　5、危廢間應配備通訊設備、防爆照明設施和觀察窗口、安全防護服裝及工具，并設有應急防護設施（結(jié)合貯存的危廢性質(zhì)設置洗眼器、滅火沙、滅火器、收集桶、吸收棉、沙土、防爆泵等）。

　　5. 　　1.高校實驗室危廢暫存庫管理責任制要上墻。

　　2.暫存間門外要張貼包含所有危廢的貯存分區(qū)標志、危廢識別標志、危廢制度牌以及新版危廢設施標志。

　　暫存間內(nèi)墻上張貼對應投放危廢的標識牌和制度牌，無法裝入常用容器的危險廢物可用防漏膠袋等盛裝，包裝桶、袋上有標簽。

　　Signs and regulations for hazardous waste disposal should be posted on the walls of the temporary storage room. Hazardous waste that cannot be placed in commonly used containers can be packaged in leak proof plastic bags, with labels on the packaging drums and bags.

　　3.危險廢物貯存設施內(nèi)的每一個貯存分區(qū)處設置危險廢物貯存分區(qū)標志。危險廢物貯存分區(qū)標志宜設置在該貯存分區(qū)前的通道位置或墻壁、欄桿等易于觀察的位置。

　　5.裝載液體、半固體危險廢物的容器內(nèi)須留足夠空間，容器頂部與液體表面之間保留100毫米以上的空間，液態(tài)危廢需將盛裝容器放至防泄漏托盤（或圍堰）內(nèi)并在容器粘貼危險廢物標簽。

　　5. Sufficient space must be left in containers for loading liquid and semi-solid hazardous waste, with a space of at least 100 millimeters between the top of the container and the surface of the liquid. Liquid hazardous waste should be placed in leak proof trays (or cofferdams) and labeled with hazardous waste labels.

　　6.固態(tài)危廢包裝需完好無破損并懸掛（張貼）危險廢物標簽，并按要求填寫。

　　7.危廢庫內(nèi)禁止存放除危險廢物及應急工具以外的其他物品。
